Jay leads Syracuse Renewal Group’s acquisitions, business strategy, and day-to-day operations. He focuses on identifying homes and investment properties where responsible purchasing, practical rehabilitation, and long-term ownership can create lasting value.
A Massachusetts-licensed real estate broker since 2005, Jay brings more than two decades of real estate experience and extensive property-management leadership. His background includes residential, condominium, and commercial properties, along with the budgeting, vendor coordination, project oversight, and client communication required to move complex work forward.
At Syracuse Renewal Group, Jay connects each acquisition opportunity to a realistic operating plan—coordinating people, systems, and resources from the initial property review through renovation and completion.

Chief Construction & Development Officer
Antonio is an experienced builder with decades of hands-on construction and development experience. Based in Syracuse, he holds an Unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License—a credential earned through documented industry experience and successful completion of the state examination.
The unrestricted license authorizes Antonio to supervise construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, removal, and demolition involving buildings of up to 35,000 cubic feet of enclosed space, subject to applicable code and project requirements.
Antonio also has practical experience working with City of Syracuse code-enforcement officials and Onondaga County lead-program personnel. His understanding of inspections, code compliance, lead-hazard concerns, and the rehabilitation of older housing supports a disciplined approach to every project. His credentials, decades of field experience, and strong references speak to the accountability and workmanship he brings to Syracuse Renewal Group.
